BAZAAR

Terms of service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern the use of bazaar.help and the services BAZAAR offers to skilled workers and employers. By using the site, registering as a worker or sending a request you accept them.

1. About BAZAAR

BAZAAR is an Egyptian overseas employment agency based in Cairo. We recruit skilled Egyptian tradespeople and craftsmen, verify their documents and skills and place them with employers outside Egypt. We are not the employer: employment contracts are concluded between the worker and the employer. Our licence number appears in the footer of this site once issued.

2. For workers: free, always

BAZAAR never charges workers. There is no registration fee, no placement fee, no deduction from wages and no "processing" or "file" payment at any stage, as required by Egyptian labour law. If anyone asks you for money in BAZAAR's name, refuse and report it to us on WhatsApp.

3. Worker registration

  • You must be 18 or older and may create one profile per national ID.
  • The information you give must be true and kept up to date; false documents or claims lead to removal of the profile.
  • You keep ownership of the photos, videos and documents you upload and allow us to use them as described in your consents and in the privacy policy.
  • Registering creates no obligation on either side. Marking a profile as verified means we checked documents, a practical test and references; it is not a promise of a job or of a timeline.
  • Any job offer reaches you in writing with the employer's name, the country, the wage and the main terms before you decide. You are free to accept or refuse.
  • You can withdraw at any time by asking us on WhatsApp or through the deletion link on the registration page.

4. For employers

  • A request sent through the site or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a contract. Shortlists are prepared from the information you give us.
  • Fees, timelines, replacement conditions and all other placement terms are agreed in a separate written agreement before any worker travels.
  • You must comply with the labour laws of the destination country and with Egyptian overseas-employment rules, and you must never ask a worker for money.
  • Profiles we share with you may be used only to assess candidates for the stated vacancy and may not be passed on or published.

5. Acceptable use

You may not give false information, impersonate another person or company, upload unlawful content, scrape or copy the site automatically, or try to bypass its security, verification or fair-use limits. We may remove profiles or requests and block access when these rules are broken.

6. Content and intellectual property

The site, its texts, design, logo and the BAZAAR name belong to BAZAAR and may not be reused without written permission. Profile cards shown on the site appear with the worker's consent. You keep the rights to anything you upload.

7. Languages and translations

The site is written in English and Arabic. Pages in other languages are machine-translated for convenience and may contain errors; the English and Arabic versions prevail. Worker registration is available in Arabic and English only.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available but may interrupt it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. To the extent Egyptian law allows, BAZAAR is not liable for indirect losses, for decisions that workers or employers take on the basis of the site, or for services of third parties such as WhatsApp, airlines, medical centres, embassies or authorities. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version and important changes are announced on the site. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. You may stop using the site at any time and ask for your data to be deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or labour protections that apply to you.
